Job Description - Undergoing developmental training program for technical and personal skills to master the job and perform well for first couple of years. - Attending in-house training program for development that includes Soft Skills, on-the job workshop, English, and computer skills - Completing reports, prioritizing projects, and completing the activities log - Making sure that assigned employees are knowledgeable and qualified for the task given - Suggesting operational adjustments to management in order to facilitate work processes - Making sure that smooth operations is achieved across all business departments. - Lea
ing, developing, and growing in a specialized high tech industry Skills - Good Arabic and English, oral and written - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Word) - Keen attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment - Problem solving and decision making Education Diploma or its equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a plus
