Attend introductory meetings with Nesma companies to identify company priorities Deliver programs to ensure that human resources policies are implemented Distribute employee surveys and assist in conducting interviews to assess the organization today and identify development needs Coordinate workshop timings with correspondents in Nesma companies Understand companies’ business strategy and conduct research on other companies in similar fields to get best practices Maintain good relations and regular contact with all coordinators of HR projects in Nesma companies, to enable smooth follow-up and audit Assist in all organizational design and change efforts that drive business efficiency and build organizational capability Work with HR Managers to help them transition to new systems Keep track of Nesma companies’ organization culture and identify new priorities for Nesma Holding’s HR Division to address Maintain updated files for all HR projects Stay up-to-date with the latest news in organizational development and assist the HR team to develop company practices accordingly Gives new updates about the Saudi labor laws on a weekly basis Stay up-to-date with the latest news in the human development space and assist the Human Resources team to develop company practices accordingly Skills Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and employment practices Strong computer skills Presentation skills Time management Organization skills Excellent English language, oral and written
