Job Description  Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of dietary employees on assigned shift  Enforce departmental policies and procedures and regulations in conformity with hospital policies and CCHSA standards  Monitors all inpatients and preforms nutritional assessments as necessary documenting findings in the medical record  Ensures all patients receive the diet ordered by their physician  Assists the Director; Nutrition and Food Services in preparation of personnel evaluations Skills IT Skills Communication Skills Fluent in English Time Mangaement Valid Saudi Commission for health specialties (SCFHS) license Education Clinical Nutrition
