Job Description
Analyze productivity index and recommend relocation of resources to maintain the index according to target
Work with HR to maintain store capacity at 100% at all times
Provide HR with workforce plan by tore by month
Analyze customer patter by department by store to recommend the optimum capacity per shift
Work with the different departments before the launch of any activity inside the stores that requires additional resources and recommends available monthly slots to fulfill the activity
Skills
1- 3 years experience.
Advanced Knowledge of using Microsoft Office application with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Written & Verbal communication skills
