Job Purpose
Execute the service development function activities such as developing Policies & Procedures and update them, monitor and report divisional KPIs, with comprehensive Analysis.
Functional Accountabilities:
Monitoring, Analyzing, and Reporting Division’s KPIs.
Monitor and report the employees development plans and report progress.
Report renewal contracts for all real estate property types.
Report contracts payments for all real estate property types.
Report financial and operational targets.
Report Division’s inte
al development projects
Setting the example for the ethics and values of the business and demonstrate cultural sensitivity with high personal visibility throughout the company.
Report teams and individuals KIP’s
Skills
4 years of experience in MIS, Performance Management or Central Reporting.
Excellent negotiations and analytical skills
MIS and Performance design and development knowledge
Experienced in documentation tracking and budget control
Fluent Arabic & English speaker
Knowledge of using Microsoft office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Knowledge of using an e-mail software (Outlook)
