To train and check pilots for flight simulators (FFS) & classrooms FTD/APT as per SAUDIA and GACA standards and regulation. Job Specific Accountabilities: Instruct flight crew members on Initial, Transition on FTD Instruct in a classroom environment and briefing before simulator sessions. Instruct flight crew members for Initial, Transitional, and Recurrent (EET) on Flight Simulators (FFS). Conduct Recurrent and Qualification training. Check Pilot (Simulator) conduct Proficiency Check (PC) for Pilots. Conduct training observation sessions. Maintain pilot’s daily training records which contain; remarks, grades and recommendations. Evaluate the technical performance of trainees during the different training phases in accordance with the SAUDIA standard. Participate in developing written and oral exams that will accurately determine the level of technical knowledge and progress of trainees. Review and update approved lesson plans and participate in its development in accordance with operational requirement. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly training progress reports for all trainees which contain the recommendations. Perform any other related functions as directed by his superior.
