To manage, implement and administer performance activities in order to ensure that project performance standards and guidelines are met within the set KPIs, agreed budgets, adopted policies and procedures. Key Activities System Monitoring & Improvement • Formulate performance development plans, guidelines, policies and strategies and monitor the set goals and targets • Oversee and ensure that performance standards and guidelines are met; constantly explore means of improving services and procedures • Handle complaints from project executioners and resolve them within the given timeframe and budget Policies, Processes and Procedures • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement Skills Operational Excellence Safety Awareness Teamwork Analytical Thinking Communication Problem Solving & Decision Making Project Management Business Systems Analysis Systems Planning & Design Education Business administration or equivalent is required
