Job Description Develop strategies to solicit new business. Actively pursue growth opportunities by developing new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients. Network and market company services. Respond to incoming queries and maintain consistent follow-up on customer issues. Prepare for and attend client meetings, sales visits, and conferences. Develop and conduct customer presentations and sales/project proposals. Post client meeting, prepare reports that document key discussion points and follow up actions. Assist departments in preparation and negotiation of quotes, bids, RFPs for customers, suppliers and overseas agents. Document and keep records of all proposals/estimates. Prepare sales plans and reports. Communicate customer needs and expectations to other departments. Skills Thorough business and industry knowledge. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
