Establish and implement ITSM frame works at the organization, with a focus on change management adopting the agile/scrum methodologies.
Responsible for helping individuals and teams adopt Agile methods and mind-sets to promote an
Agile transformation and work frame, increase consistency, and help the business to engage and empower employees, enhancing the value of service provided to customers.
Maintain and administer the Tech/IT change management plan and log including proper and robust documentation on system/product development history and releases.
Influence technical, commercial, product and design teams, including vendors, to em-brace the Agile method.
Build a trusting environment where problems can be raised and everyone is focused on problem resolution with a positive attitude.
Second level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM II).
Project Management Training (PMP/Agile/Prince2/Scrum).
ITIL/ITSM certification is a plus.
Additional training courses and seminars is a plus.
At least 10 years of significant experience as Scrum Master role on big projects.
Demonstrated past success running multi-stream projects with Agile.
Have knowledge and skill to use a variety Agile techniques (i.e. User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games).
