Administrator Office for the Saudi Arabia operations has become available. Start your career with Baker Hughes a GE company, a leader in the Oilfield Services industry. Essential Responsibilities: Coordinating travel plans, JMPs for the crew under the guidance of Operations Coordinator. Organizing local purchases & supplies under the directions of Operations Coordinator. Be responsible for local movement of equipment, personnel and consumables to project sites. Assist in inventory and asset counts. Assist in record keeping for work-shop. Tracking personnel utilization. Tracking personnel rotation as per visa status and assisting operations management with crew rotations. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor Degree / Diploma or equivalent. 4+ years’ experience in administration/ purchasing role. Good working knowledge of MSOffice. Good working knowledge of SAP. Excellent communication skills in English. Desired Characteristics: Requires knowledge of the structure of the organization and location of employees, departments, and district offices. Knowledge of the functions of various departments to facilitate efficient routing of calls and correspondence. Communication skills in Arabic.
