The Job Holder is Responsible to Supervise the team of the Branch to achieve the desired level of services
provided to customers, and manage, coordinate, control, and monitor all activities, items, appearance and
all other factors that affect revenue, budget, and reputation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operations
-Supervise all the activities within the branch to ensure gaining
customer satisfaction.
-Solve, solicit and provide logical fast decisions to overcome any
problem or conflict may occur during work between any parties.
-Supervise operating and activities for the team in housekeeping
performance and attitudes.
-Maintain high standard in the Food and Beverage services; make
sure that operation in the branch is running smoothly
-Coordinate all daily branch operations, conduct briefing, ensure
hygiene & cleanliness of service area, and assign staff duties.
-Coordinates with quality/products development to accommodate
specific requirements of customers and ensure they are realized.
Sales
-Ensures the achievement of the sales targets as set by Area Retail
Manager with the time and cost budget specified.
-Monitors the market dynamics within the designated territory of
the outlet continuously and coordinates with other functions within
the outlet to maximize sales.
-Monitors performance of sales continuously and guides the
activities of the counter salesmen, production supervisors, and
cashiers.
Team Management
-Manage the staff work in service, behavior, effort, routing and
shifting to ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
-Implements specific performance standards in such key areas as
sales targets; evaluates performance against these standards;
coaches and assists the personnel in improving their performance.
Marketing
-Conduct research on local market competitors, customer
distribution, holidays and occasional habits in Saudi Market.
-Provide recommendations about Food and Beverage; ranking for
the demand preferred flavor…etc.
-Implements brand promotions, as planned by Manager Sales and
Marketing, and manages effective roll-out to achieve planned
increase in market coverage/share.
-Maintains optimal utilization of shelf spaces within the outlet in
order to maximize sales potential.
-Examines sales and marketing statistics to gauge customer
preferences, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates
for the Branch.
Customer Relations
-Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with
existing and new clients.
-Ensures customer satisfaction by investigating complaints and
amicably resolving customer’s issues.
Reporting
-Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and
other reports required from time to time to the Retail Area
manager.
Skills
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Sales or related field
Minimum Experience
Experience of more than 4 years in retail sales management.
Other requirements
-Ability to make sound business recommendations based on financial principles.
-Highly collaborative approach with effective negotiation and influencing skills to act for change.
-Excellent project management skills, leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on flawless execution.
-Ability to interact with a multinational workforce with tact and understanding in order to minimize conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment through counseling and
patient handling of issues.
-Well versed in local laws & Compliance and preferably inte
ational commercial practices.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Sales or related field.
