A Logistics Supervisor essentially oversees the shipping and delivery of FG and warehouse staff. They regular work in warehouse managing and settings the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes and unloading of FG. Logistic Supervisors also manage inventory and maintain communications with transporter, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of merchandise.


Responsibilities



Logistics Supervisor
Plan and manage logistics operations (warehousing, transportation, distribution and customer services)
Optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Monitor & Validate the costing of the logistics (warehousing and transportation)
Lead and contribute the performance review meetings with 3PL (warehouse and transportation)
Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments
Build Relationships with Vendors & Customers
Keep track of quality, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials
Resolve any arising problems or complaints from customers
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Comply with safety, laws, regulations, Quality and ISO requirements
Maintain customer service logs and safety records
KPIs tracking and reporting

Requirements & Preferences

Familiar with Microsoft office
SAP , WMS , Oracle basic knowledge if possible
Industrial engineering or Supply chain background
Minimum year of experience in logistics
