الوصف الوظيفي
1. Lead the implementation project of OSA in KSA:
a.Get the Excom and Customer top management as sponsors of OSA project
b. Clean the master data with the CDE and the auditing company
c. Agree on the loss tree and definition of OSA inte
ally and with customer
d. Drive continuous improvement to reduce OSA losses

2. 2nd CCFOT and Customer Service level:
a. Implement the reporting process of 2nd CCFOT with Bco
b. Plan CCFOT of BUD
c. Develop aligned loss tree with Bco and BUD
d. Drive continuous improvement to reduce Service losses

3.Manage and improve Claims Management:
a. Process and report Claims
b. Develop a process and tools to pro-actively avoid pending claims

4.Support BUD Transition:
a. Plan the CCFOT reporting for both Bco to customers and BUD to customers
b. Support BUD in terms of branch Stock availability

5.Accelerate Digital Agenda:
a. Automate OSA reporting and Loss tree to be part of the current BI dashboards
b. Develop predictive/descriptive analysis to support the business to take critical decisions
