Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Coordinate and develop appropriate control budgets consistent with project estimate.
Use the SAP PS module to create the WBS for the projects and enter the budget and expenditure transaction to monitor the CPI.
Collect & check daily report from Project team and Storekeeper regarding manpower, materials and machinery.
Prepare and submits all cost control reports as per schedule including the (Sub- Contractor- Cost Variance, Resource Variance, Project Cost Report, Physical Invoice and Productivity Variance).
Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects to achieve budget objectives by monitoring expenditure, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions and monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
Provide cost control and planning advice to the inte
al PMT team as and when required.
Ensure that the Client Invoice captured the actual quantities.

Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills
Degree in Engineering along with Project Management or Cost Control related training.
Min 2 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost control, preferably in IT projects.
Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
Knowledge in the use of MS Project, Primavera Scheduling and SAP PS is highly advantageous
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous
Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills.
Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.
Fast worker with ability to work well under stress.
