improve production quality and performance.
Manage maintenance operations and assets distributions by implementing and overseeing assets distribution
plan as well as the implementation of preventive maintenance plan to ensure production ability and to maximize
the benefit from assets
Develop crushers KPIs to develop areas of shortage.
Develop a dynamic processing by coordination with supply chain plan
Manage monthly production estimation to be submitted to the Supply chain department
Improve process guide lines through process flowchart.
