Systems and Solutions (SYSS) group provides end to end solutions for control and safety systems to customers of Middle East and Africa and SYSS offers includes State of the Art DeltaV Distributed Control System.

Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia we have a new vacancy for Senior Financial Accountant who will report directly to the MEA Finance Manager of SYSS Business Unit and will be primarily responsible for cost accounting, inventory management, and month end close activities for the assembly and distributed factory for the Systems and Solutions.


Responsibilities
Establish cost accounting methods, monitor and maintain product costing, variance analysis, etc.
Utilize Oracle business system for day to day accounting transactions and Hyperion Financial Management for loading of monthly financial results and forecast.
Drive timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports and analysis in US GAAP.
Handle inventory management, analysis, and reporting for factory.
Drive budgeting process and review actual vs. forecasted results monthly with key focus on variances.
Manage and reconcile all intercompany transactions with inte
al suppliers and sales offices.
Support inte
al and exte
al statutory and inte
al control audits.
Ensure compliance with all customs and tax requirements.
Partner with shared service accounts payable and accounts receivables teams to drive DPO and DSO performance.
Prepare various ad hoc analysis and reports for management related to factory performance.

Requirements



To qualify for the role, you must be a Qualified Accountant (preferably ICWA), with minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing/production industry. Hands on experience in cost accounting is a must. Working knowledge of Oracle/Hyperion Financial Management is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic is desired.
