info الوصف الوظيفي

Manage the process of alignment of IT strategic projects budget plans with corporate budgeting and controlling.
Implement and execute the process of IT Budget planning in alignment with all IT functions incorporating the OPEX and CAPEX elements of development, transformation, business-as-usual as well as special projects.
Co-ordinate information gathering, data analysis and report budget utilization / availability and ensure timely submission of the budget report to the management
Works closely with the IT stakeholders to understand their needs and serve as the IT point of contact for all vendor management activities
Manage the selection, of the vendors and monitoring of contractual agreements for hardware, software and IT services for IT unit.
Review the content of Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposal (RFPs) to ensure the alignment with the RFP /RFI standards and optimise the same with the overall RFP’s for IT.
Participates in all RFP/RFW committees and ensure relevant funding/approval cycles are within IT budget guidelines
Ensure financial checks and controls are established and implemented in all financial transactions and processes of IT ..
Work and co-ordinate with Procurement/Budgeting departments for activities related to IT Projects and ensure IT Department follow Procurement/Budgeting policies.
Maintain contact with vendors to manage the status and quality of orders and the progress toward contractual commitments. Provide status update on purchases; escalate delivery problems as necessary to affect minimal impact to the operation. Follow up with IT management to ensure satisfaction with delivered products and services and addresses any problems or conce
s.
Manage the vendor portfolio in alignment with inte
al functions (across transformation as well as BAU projects) by monitoring market trends, as well as performance evaluation of vendors to ensure continuous optimization of vendors for Mobily projects.
Maintain up-to-date vendors’ invoices/payments/records and coordinate/work closely with Finance Department to ensure Vendors’ payments are paid as per the contracts.
Manage and coordinate all vendor related Audit issues raised and ensure prompt responses/observations are provide by the owners.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the line manager.
Education
Finance / Accounting or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Managerial Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and managing direct reports performance. 2. Set the department’s goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to reporting sections, and guide their achievement. 3. Contribute to the development of the sector’s policies, procedures and processes through providing input as advised by the direct supervisor. 4. Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities. 5. Ensure the ongoing development of the department’s employees, and assure the developmental activities of direct reports. 6. Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure KPI’s are well communicated and monitored. 7. Ensure effective identification, allocation and utilization of the division’s resources.
