Support the commercial and operational relationship with key acount by managing and executing the full operational service provision on a timely and in an accurate manner.



Duties and Responsibilities:



Understand the account plan. Focus on planning all operational activities to ensure timely service delivery to the key account to ensure they achieve the planned results and create a consistent experience for the customer.
Liaise with all customer, inte
al and Corporate functions; take the necessary actions to secure all shipments of the account are completed in time and according to agreed quality standards.
Handle complaints or issues in first line. Ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent and resolve issues and customer complaints.
Track all contracted services and submit monthly reports to the Key Account Manager on services provided, issues identified and solutions offered.


Required Educational Level:



Bachelor degree or equivalent.



Required Experience and Knowledge:



Minimum 4 years years of commercial shipping experience.
