Qualifications and Experience
· University degree in Business or Engineering, master’s degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience.
· Minimum 10 years of total experience out of which minimum 5 years must be in Sales
· Change Management and Transformation skills
· Portfolio expertise in area of responsibility
· Strong leadership skills, managed team of 10-15 members in past.
· Sound Techno Commercial skills
· Strong relationship with Business Area
