الوصف الوظيفي
The jobs in this level are responsible for basic coordination activities to ensure readiness of various facilities to receive and aid the smooth departure of the aircrafts in a timely manner includes preparation of load sheet and assist in providing direct services to the customers in a variety of airline functions, and completes various airline customer transactions, airport customer check-in counters, baggage service, airport concourses, lounges, boarding gates, terminal operations centres and on-board aircraft.



Accountabilities:



Provides direct customer services, including check-in, seat assignment, baggage checking, excess baggage collection, documentation and travel permission checks, passenger handling, re-routing and accommodation, special services, aircraft gate departure control, flight close out, and the coordination of activities in the terminal with conce
ed departments.
Performs any other related functions as directed by supervisor.
