Job Description


Design, simulate and implement basepand waveform for SDR-based communication systems
Develop FPGA firmware using VHDL (preferred) or Verilog for digital communication systems
Develop, test and verify embedded subsystems for communication systems
Participate in integration of purchased FPGA IP-Cores
Work as a part of team with Hardware, Software and System engineers to meet system requirements
Skills


Experience in VHDL or Verilog design and implementation
Experience in MATLAB simulation for communication systems
Knowledge of communication systems theory (Analoge & Digital modulation techniques, signaling, propagation, waveform, digital signal processing, networking etc.)
Knowledge of C programming of embedded systems
Has an ability to work for both Xilinx and Altera FPGA
