Community Services is responsible for the Operation and maintenance of Saudi Aramco residential communities and office facilities within Saudi Arabia, Provide essential life support services for all Saudi Aramco communities, buildings and home ownership areas, Provide maintenance to all non-industrial facilities throughout the Kingdom, Full operations and maintenance of company fire protection systems & to provide the highest quality level of service possible. The successful Analyst Must have experience in the development and implementation of large scale operational safety programs in community & utility areas, 40% (minimum) of which must be in supervisory management of other safety professionals. Must be able to identify systemic occupational safety problems, conduct gap analysis and develop and implement corrective action with management approval. Must have experience in handling routine communications and negotiations with upper and senior management on safety issues. Must have extensive experience in both behavioral and physical safety. Must have experience in occupational safety at community type operations, residential and offices, food preparation and retail, recreation and sports, water and effluent treatment, building construction and renovation, and landscaping. Must have a thorough knowledge with RM, MOC and RCA procedures including incident investigations, together with HAZCOM/HAZMAT. Must be able to write and review professional level safety audit reports. Must be knowledgeable of work permit procedures, and the control of H2S and CH4 hazards. Must be familiar with inte
ational safety codes. Must also have experience in planning & scheduling, and effective management of available staff and resources. Must be able to evaluate safety data, and prepare reports & presentations for delivery to management. Must be able to read and interpret written safety rules and procedures.
