[LEFT]Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations projects with multiple project engineers and managers’ procurement, owner’s team, and exte
al management consultants if needed
- Ensure engineering employees and contractors carry out all work functions as per agreed work methods
- Manage and develop, feasibility study for the project
- Manage all project functions related to project management, site management, and project control, and engineering management, procurement, construction management to meet the project goals
- Manage and communicate projects group as needed on major projects.
- Maintain positive working relationships with Team
- Identify risks and ensure operational impacts are minimized
- Manage QA/QC programs are effectively established
- Monitor and conduct reviews of detailed dairy & food designs and drawing specifications
- Manage engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule
- Lead and manage and oversee engineering budget, project schedules and project control budgets
- Responsible for producing all engineering management reports and providing on-going status of the project
- Maintain effective and on-going communications with vendors’ and contractor’ management teams
- Manage and monitor project QA/QC and commissioning systems and documentation
- Manage other project engineering duties as assigned
- Train the Project team on all safety & Risk Management areas, prior to the Execution Phase.
- Lead the project team to deliver the project according to the objectives and the success criteria.
- Ensure that the Contractors Safety is fully endorsed for all Contractors working for the Project.
- Interface with resources in other Functions (R&D, Tech. Packaging, purchasing; F&A, Safety …etc.).
- Interface the project team with outside parties.
- Establish a delivery team with responsibility chart.
- Manage the project team by assigning the responsibilities for the team members.
- Manage the overall project scope, cost and schedule.
- Establish an effective working environment for the project team.
- Establish and monitor the project communication, interfacing ( and decision making )
- Keep track on all PRs & delivery dates of items to be delivered via the Purchasing
- Provide priority and direction setting for the project team to achieve the project business objectives.
- Monitor all activities to be carried out CPS, and assign responsible parties & deadlines to these activities.
- Ensure that progress is communicated on a regular basis to the Management.
- Working with Operation to formulate a TT&T plan.
- Ensure that all the operating support team members are trained / qualified before the start up.
- Coach and support the project team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Ensure that input is given in the scope design reviews of the equipment and that plant requirements are met.
- Ensure all aspects regarding marketing/packaging/storage are arranged.
- Ensure the resources for the CQ of the project and the roll-out, are selected and trained/qualified before the full conversion.
- Work with the spare parts (Storeroom) manager to ensure that the spare parts are procured before the start of the conversion.
- Keep the Plant leader Ship Team fully aware of the project progress and requirements (on weekly bases)
- Ensure that all equipment received for Projects installation on latter date, are properly stored with clear identifications, until the installation date.
- Ensure the approved project Specifications and product drawings are in the plant before the start of CQ.
- Ensure the quality Lab, line operating teams, maintenance, process, electrical and raw materials department’s personnel are trained/qualified in all adequate skills before the start of the CQ. And production systems updated.
- Ensure that all the following Daily Management Systems & Tools are designed and Update during Project Preparation & Execution phases.
- Ensure that all new Equipment & Lines installed for the Project are Properly Tagged.
- Ensure that the Project is closed within not more than One Year after Start Up.
المهارات المطلوبة
- Experience in capital project management
- Familiar with projects planning software such as Microsoft project management, AutoCAD or other project management software
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Safety & Quality and Sustainability Regulations
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001& 22000 , GMP & HACCP
- Strong track record of successfully completed projects in the dairy & food industry
- Experience in dairy & food design and development
