The Role The Finance Manager function provides financial leadership and support to the Site Leadership Team. The function must encourage a continuous drive on productivity and necessary retu
on investments, whilst ensuring strong controllership and compliance. The role’s main responsibilities are Business Partnering with the Site Leader & Influencing all activities on Site to achieve its Financial Objectives. As well as playing a full role as a member of the Site Management Team, the Finance Lead must oversee month end close activities & is accountable for timely consolidation and reporting of financial and operational accounting information. This position reports to the Finance Leader for Europe. Responsibilities: Influencing the business to focus on and achieve its financial goals Recommending actions for Improvement Gathering data & providing Analysis to Leadership Improving Productivity through relevant & timely analysis Driving initiatives especially on Scrap & Warranty Supporting the unit to achieve Product Cost targets Working with Planning and Sourcing to improve working capital performance Communicating results at all levels on the Site Planning & Monthly/Quarterly Forecasting Where relevant, providing support & analysis on projects Ensuring justifications for investment are valid & achieved post implementation Supporting business unit to close out the month-end Maintaining the Integrity of monthly Management reporting to the Site Leadership Team Co-ordinating the reviews with European Management from a Financial perspective Effectively managing the necessary communication Regionally Ensuring the business meets all company and statutory business control requirements, in co-ordination with the Country / Regional Controllers, and Regional Finance team The Person MUST be a SAUDI NATIONAL MUST be happy to live and work in Jubail Minimum 5 years business experience in either financial accounting or financial analysis / reporting role with a large multinational company. Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record Manufacturing background highly preferred Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically and influence business decisions using appropriate, fact-based financial information Strong written and oral communications skills at all levels, from the factory floor to senior leadership Ability to develop strong partnerships and a collaborative, teaming environment within and across functions Pro-active approach, capable of working on own initiative Excellent Excel, HFM, SAP, and other relevant systems skills Good grounding in Controllership techniques and requirements Benefits Base plus benefits Salary SR25,000-35,000 per month Job ID MG17936 [URL="http://mackenziejones.com/job/8525/Finance-Manager-Saudi-Nationals-only/"]apply now [/URL][/LEFT]
