[LEFT]Job Description Head, Feed Stock Procurement(Job Number: 1500001R) Description Duties & Responsibilities: Weekly/Daily monitoring the feedstock and it is inventory according to the Production Plan Targets Develop the monthly feedstock purchase order in line with SROP to meet product lifting & inventory targets Monitor the feedstock inventory and prepare the projection based on the SROP and the plant condition in order to place the PO Inventory Management and Berths Schedule Control feedstock tanks inventory and berth schedule in line with short range operating plan, daily & weekly schedule, and coordinate within the department for the products lifting schedule based on accepted Nominations by Marketer and approved inventory targets. Feedstock Scheduling Schedule feedstock receiving e.g. crude receiving in coordination with Planning Team and procurement and cater for any special logistic requirement e.g. (berth schedule, tanks ullage, etc.) Feedstock Scheduling Schedule all feedstock supply through via the terminal and trucks. Nomination & Purchase Order Schedule and manage the supplier nominations including creating and maintaining purchase Order in SAP and follow up entire process including inspection, offloading, etc. Qualifications Qualifications & Education: BS Degree in Chemical Engineering More than 4 years’ experience in the role of feedstocks purchase Good experience in feedstock projection based on the plan and process unit condition [URL="https://petrorabigh.taleo.net/careersection/pr_exte
