A global leader in FMCG is expanding the KSA team and as part of this growth, they are keen to take on a Regional Sales Manager who will focus on the KSA market.
The Role
This role reports to the Sales Director and will be responsible for planning & executing the sales activity of the company to achieve the organisations regional revenue objectives. The role will have a strong emphasis on selling and is best suited to a results driven, high achieving sales professional who enjoys the challenge and reward of establishing a unique new product in a market with tremendous potential. The role will kick off with analysis of current market and competitors to draw up a business plan. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets per territory and business partners, projecting forecasted sales volumes and profits for existing and new products. Establish contact, develop relationships with prospects and assist with marketing plans and business planning that contribute to the company's objectives and growth strategy
The Person
Degree Qualified in business
10-15 as a minimum of Sales experience in the ME Market (Preferably in FMCG industry)
Highly organised and effective in sales planning
Strong oral and written skills in English & Arabic
Strong distribution management skills with helping them to sell in and sell through
Strong Mode
Trade and HoReCa knowledge will be a huge plus
