We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work in the Corporate Maintenance Services Division based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Corporate Maintenance Services (CMS) continuously promotes and drives changes toward achieving and sustaining excellence in maintenance. CMS focuses on developing and implementing maintenance solutions in plant reliability, tu
around, maintenance systems, and maintenance workforce development. CMS develops corporate maintenance KPIs to monitor Saudi Aramco maintenance organizations to overcome the performance gaps. In addition, CMS works to support organizations to ensure that the services provided to maintenance organizations are optimized. Minimum Requirements • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from an accredited university. • A minimum of 15 years of work experience in the maintenance of operating plants as a maintenance engineer or reliability engineer, and providing engineering support. • Must have experience of working within the oil and gas industry. • Must have the ability to develop and present concise, well organized reports and presentations. • Must have a wide knowledge in all aspects of maintenance to be able to develop and coordinate maintenance improvement programs, procedures, and systems. Duties & Responsibilities Develop maintenance programs such as for maintenance management, reliability, preventive maintenance, worker level job structure, manpower utilization, and equipment requirements and utilization. Appraises and prepares reports on the effectiveness of maintenance programs. Provide line maintenance organization support in the implementation of approved programs by providing information, authoritative interpretation, operating pilot runs, conducting training sessions, and analyzing accountability and progress reports. Lead teams responsible for field-wide planning and scheduling under the direction of conce
