Our client is looking for a Asset Manager to be responsible for development, implementation and operation of an efficient and effective asset management system. Job purpose: Development of the asset management framework Provide and direct infrastructure management and maintenance related activities in the rail industry Lead large multifunctional maintenance and renewals teams and embedding change Develop and implement planning processes for infrastructure maintenance and monitoring effectiveness Lead multi-discipline teams, ideally in a matrix environment All suitable applicants should meet the following criteria: Minimum 10 yrs experience Degree qualification in an engineering related discipline Substantial experience in railway asset management and maintenance Sound understanding of asset management strategies and PAS 55 Benefits: Competitive TAX free salary, housing, transport, medical, 41 day annual leave (including public holidays), annual retu
