[LEFT]Job Purpose: Develop & identify training needs analysis for the employees by conducting required training and guidance, also developing and leading the team and overseeing the training process. In order to meet the project’s goals for more sustain results, and manage the relationship between Elm and the customer. Accountabilities: Train team members and oversee their performance enhancement. Lead and command the team members and organize the training sessions. Continuous development of work and providing new creative ideas. Overseeing work and managing the team and the relationship with the customer. Conducting training sessions for the employees in order to enhance their performance. Follow up and Measure the employee’s performance development and providing feedback. Conducting on job training for employees. Writing reports and submit it to the management. Helping the employee to identify their strengths and weaknesses. Reviewing and overseeing the training programs and make sure that it matches with our goals. Submitting reports to the training department. Providing the required support to the employees and make sure that they acquire benefits from the training sessions. Conducting group workshops for the employees. Any further requested duties. Qualification and Skill Requirements: · Education: Bachelor or Master degree · Experience: 4-6 Years’ experience as a coach or training supervisor or a customer services supervisor. · Skills & Languages: Communication Skills. Certificates in the coaching field. Dialogue, listening and presenting skills. Training and coaching skills. Report writing skills. Computer skills. The ability to handle work pressure. Customer services skills. Leadership skills. Motivations skills. Team lead skills. Analytical skills.
