[LEFT]· Analyze the business expenses of all the assigned departments in order to priorities the purchases in regards to focus and negotiation based on the importance of the purchases. · Search for new suppliers through the development of the sourcing plan and conducting negotiations with the suppliers in order to provide the Department Manager with the recommendations. · Build strategic relationships with the suppliers and the customers to ensure the consistency of supplying Nahdi needs with the required quality and with best prices. · Manage the assigned team performance through providing coaching, performance appraisal, feedback and conversations to ensure the team KPIs achievements and to ensure employees career development. · Keep updated with the customers’ needs and with the market trends in order to recommend the best purchases options and best practices. · Distribute the purchases tasks to the assigned team in line with the set purchases plan to ensure the timely implementation and to ensure compliance with Nahdi and gove
mental requirements. · Minimize transactions by tu
