ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Recognized Computer qualification/High school Graduate. NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Fluency in verbal & written English; Fluency in MS office; TMS and SAP knowledge. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 3 – 5 years working experience in a similar capacity. COMPETENCIES: Ability plan and organise multiple activities simultaneously; System & people-oriented; Ability to plan and record activates; Satisfactory Aptitude; Behavioural management – change; mentoring; tutoring; counseling; Man-management hand- on style.; Decision Making Skills; Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage the complexities of a multi-culture environment; Analytical and planning skills; Results oriented and Team Player; Strong communicator with ability to influence.
