[LEFT]Saudization & Development Officer (for Saudi nationals only)-1612110 Primary Location-Middle East-SA-Jeddah Schedule-Full-time Organization-Shared Services Job Summary The Saudization & Development Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with our Saudization percentage as set by Netaqat requirements and ministry of labor regulations. The primary responsibility of the role would be to develop initiatives and strategies to upskill and develop Saudi nationals through the utilization of available HRDF training programs and financial incentives so that a ready supply of talent is available for entry level positions as well as Supervisory level and above. Job Responsibilities: Establish strong relationship with Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) to agree and implement strategies and initiatives to develop our Saudi nationals for entry level positions and to have a ready supply of trained candidates at supervisor level Supervising all HRDF activities including maintaining contracts, registration of employees, records, collection of monies and handling all administrative work relating to HRDF Design and manage training programs in collaboration with HRDF and our training department to train and develop a pipeline of ready talent Assist to conduct interviews and run career & assessment days to hire promising entry level Saudis for Passenger Services Agent positions Generating Saudization reports including hiring, terminations, tu
over and Saudization percentages on a monthly basis Produce monthly dashboard showing level of compliance and recruitment needs Preparing monthly probationary evaluation reports for newly hired Saudis and resolving problems/conce
